Retail Manager

Factori 54 is looking for a professional, energetic Retail Manager with excellent leadership abilities to join the management team of the leading retail chain in Israel.

Job Description:

• Day-to-day management of the chain's stores and providing support to store managers in the field.
• Full responsibility for meeting targets, customer experience, and maintaining high brand standards.
• Performance analysis, implementation of insights, and process improvement in the field.
• Leading the team to excellence and promoting a high-quality service culture.
• Working with internal interfaces within the company and implementing the retail strategy.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail management – mandatory.
• Meeting the stores' sales targets according to branch allocation.
• Full availability to work Sunday–Friday, including Saturdays and holidays as needed.
• Implementation of inventory procedures – responsibility for performing transfers and preparation for periodic inventory counts.
• Energetic, high availability, ability to motivate and lead people.
• Deep understanding of the retail world and the operation of store chains.
• Very good level of English – speaking and writing.
• Valid driver's license – mandatory.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• High communication skills, order and organization, and operational and business thinking.
