Planner Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for a Planner Analyst - a key role involving responsibility for planning, analyzing, and managing inventory and orders for international brands. The role combines analytical work alongside regular interfaces with suppliers, trading teams, logistics, and stores.
Areas of Responsibility:
Catalog Management:
- Catalog management for the brands
- Ongoing maintenance of active products versus products exiting the assortment
- Updating and refining product data, including price lists
- Managing MOB for each brand
Inventory Management:
- Inventory management at the branch, network, and brand levels
- Performing transfers between branches as needed
Order Management:
- Regular work with suppliers in Israel and abroad for the purpose of creating orders
- Building order plans according to sales and inventory analyses
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels
- Preventing shortages and surpluses
- Working according to the annual budget for each brand
Sales and Performance Analysis:
- Performing regular analyses and identifying trends and patterns
- Generating business insights and translating them into action plans
- Presenting data and recommendations to relevant parties in the organization
Regulation and Logistics:
- Working with brands and local representatives for product registration management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for products
- Tracking orders and shipments in cooperation with import and logistics teams
- Allocating merchandise to branches according to planning
- At least two years of experience in a similar role - Mandatory
- High proficiency in Excel, including experience working with BI systems - Mandatory
- High level of English - Mandatory
- Experience in preparing presentations and work plans - Advantage
- Experience or affinity for working with AI tools - Significant advantage
- Experience in the fashion world - Significant advantage
