Regulatory Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of applications, payments, renewals and documentation for product registrations, regulatory approvals, licenses and certificates. Schedule and execute timely inspections across production areas and premises. Prepare detailed audit reports and oversee necessary corrective actions. Enforce strict compliance with local legislative requirements, internal business practices, ISO 9001 (Quality), and ISO 22000 (Food Safety) standards. Maintain zero-accident workplace goals by driving (HSE) protocols, (GMP), and PPE compliance. Direct inward and outward regulatory correspondence, manage inquiries, support regulatory meetings and keep work instructions up to date and reviewed on schedule. Adapt flexibly to changing priorities, and complete additional management tasks as required.

Requirements:

HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Life/Physical Sciences or any related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the FMCG or beverage industry. Analytical, Problem-solving, Data Management, Communication, Decision-making, leadership, and Critical thinking Skills are desirable.

Remuneration: NGN  170,000 monthly
