Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders. Lead the design and implementation of sustainability programs, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, to meet corporate sustainability objectives. Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, investors and the local community. Protect and enhance the organisation's reputation by proactively addressing issues, managing crises and promoting a positive corporate image. Monitor and influence relevant policies and regulations to support the organization's corporate affairs goals. Oversee the preparation and publication of sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with industry standards. Manage a team of professionals within the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability department, providing guidance, mentorship and leadership.

Requirements:

HND in Business, Communications, Sustainability or other business related discipline.\ Master’s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences or other related discipline is an added advantage. Minimum of eight years’ relevant work experience, with at least five years in a senior management role. Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
