Maintenance Engineer
Based Marylebone London Monday to Friday 1pm - 10pm, 1 Saturday a month 8am - 5pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake standard PPMs, including but not limited to: flushing, tap temps, POU water heater servicing, expansion vessel checks, calorifier checks, FCU servicing, DB board inspections, weekly tests and emergency light checks
- General handyman tasks across the client’s floors
- Room furniture setups for meetings and events
- Porterage duties as required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
The candidate will ideally hold the following:
- 18th Edition
- Legionella awareness trained
- IPAF & PASMA
- IOSH certified
- Simmtronic lighting system trained
