Construction Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, including scheduling, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project specifications.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Handle client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with different departments to achieve business goals.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in site/project management within the construction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Proficiency with project management software and tools.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
