About this position
As a technician in the operations area, you are the driving force - you install, maintain, and optimize systems. You recognize problems quickly and find creative solutions. In doing so, you work closely with your team to implement innovative ideas and maintain operations at the highest level.
Your tasks
- Controlling production orders for manufacturing
- Coordination of production plans regarding capacities and requirement fulfillment
- Development, creation, and optimization of takt times, determining optimal lead times with economical lot sizes
- Determination of required capacities for equipment (capacity planning) and employees (personnel requirements, personnel plan)
- Maintenance of planning-relevant master data in the ERP system
- Interface between production, project, and sales teams
- Participation in projects regarding production optimization and further development of processes within your own area of responsibility
Your profile
- Completed economic and technical training & several years of professional experience in a production company
- Good MS-Office and English skills
- Holistic process understanding
- High communication and coordination skills
- Very good analytical thinking skills
- Advantageous: SAP knowledge; professional experience in the field of production planning/logistics

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and your training and is between € 43,000.- and € 53,000.- gross p.a. on a full-time basis. In the event of significant overfulfillment of the requirements, we can adjust this framework individually.
