In your role in procurement, you are responsible for making the procurement of goods and services efficient and cost-effective. You work closely with suppliers and internal departments to negotiate the best purchasing terms and ensure that all required materials and products are available at the right time. Through your market knowledge and negotiation skills, you contribute to securing the company's competitiveness and ensuring a smooth supply chain.

Your tasks

• Effective use of modern procurement tools and processes

• Determination of the temporal and quantitative requirements for materials and services for production and sales

• Triggering orders and processing them until the material arrives

• Master data maintenance in SAP

• Development of suppliers based on the FACC supplier evaluation

• Expansion of procurement routes or cost optimization of logistics processes based on the required quantity

Your profile

• Commercial training (HAK/HBLW, apprenticeship)

• Very good English and MS Office skills

• SAP knowledge is an advantage

• Teamwork skills, reliability and willingness to learn

• Entrepreneurial and cost-conscious thinking

• High level of personal responsibility

Your annual salary is based on your professional previous experience and your training and is between € 37,000.- and € 49,000.- gross p.a. on a full-time basis. In the event of significant exceeding of the requirements, we can adjust this framework individually.
