About this position In the Quality area, you ensure that products and processes meet the highest quality standards. By identifying potential for improvement, you actively contribute to minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. Your work is crucial to maximizing customer satisfaction and securing the long-term competitiveness of the company.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the quality of our aircraft components in production, including the release or rejection of components
• Carrying out process and final acceptance inspections of components using conventional measuring tools (e.g., micrometer), optical inspections, process inspections, etc.
• Creating first inspection reports (FAI) and recording statistical data
• Demanding product- and process-related corrective actions as well as auditing production
• Training and further education of production employees for self-control and random verification of self-controls

Your profile

• English in spoken and written form
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Readiness for 3-shift work
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Basic knowledge in quality assurance and/or initial professional experience in production with self-control
• Completed apprenticeship in a technical field (e.g., Mechaniker_in, Werkzeugmacher_in, Tischler_in, Kunststoffformgeber_in) or technical college

The starting salary in a three-month induction phase is at least € 2,868.34 gross. After that, the monthly salary increases to at least € 3,017.04 gross, but max. to € 3,253.67 gross, excluding overtime or various allowances. The gross monthly salary (Holzindustrie) according to the collective agreement is between € 2,459.91 (excl. OT and shift allowance) and € 2,795.58.
