About this position We are looking for responsible employees for the position of Facility Management Engineer in Werk 1.
Your tasks
- Organization and supervision of new construction and renovation work
- Support of the building automation technology
- Preventive maintenance and repair of peripheral systems (e.g., energy supply, media supply, security technology, buildings, air conditioning, etc.)
- Implementation of site operations in compliance with laws and regulations
- Responsibility for technical and organizational fire protection
- Organization and coordination of repair work with external companies
- On-call service to organize the rectification of malfunctions outside of normal working hours
Your profile
- Technical training (completed technical apprenticeship, Werksmeister, or HTL degree preferred)
- English and MS-Office skills
- Flexibility
- Advantageous:
> Elektrotechniker_in > Relevant professional experience > SAP skills > CAD skills

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and your training and is between € 35,000.- and € 44,800.- gross p.a. on a full-time basis. In the event of significant overfulfillment of the requirements, we can adjust this framework individually.
