•Develops solutions to technical problems through the engineering principles, theories and concepts. •Supervises subordinates which include test engineers and technicians to perform their functions. •Develop ICT fixture and programming •Develop Flying probe ICT programming and debug •PCBA Functional tester development •Test Yield monitoring and yield improvement •Root cause analysis and Failure Analysis •Receives assignments and guidance from project leaders and BU lead •Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions. •Knows your customer's expectations and drives actions to meet them. •Budget planning •Performs related work as required.

Qualifications: Knowledge in PCB cad file, schematic, EDS tool and software ie LabVIEW, C, VB Provide technical support to PCB debug or PCBA knowledgeable. Good understanding on SPC tools and MSA Good command of English
