Tiger Legacy Chief Engineering - Change Board Project Manager (m/f/d) Your tasks:

• Leading the Technical Change Board as a representative of the development department:

Technical assessment of configuration changes and coordination of the implementation strategy with the manufacturing, customer support, and program departments, definition and monitoring of KPIs to represent the progress of ongoing changes. Coordination of the actions decided in the Change Board with "Offer and Contract MAS"

• Technical representative of Airbus Helicopters Tiger at external Change Boards towards the Spanish, French, and German military certification authorities and customers. This includes the presentation of all ongoing changes and the coordination of customer feedback into the MAS.
• Implementation and ensuring of continuous improvement of processes and tools for change management, both internally and in cooperation with customers and national military certification authorities.
• Resource planning of the transversal departments (mainly configuration and prototype testing center) including the monitoring of the corresponding budgets

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in aerospace or mechanical engineering at Bachelor level and additionally extensive experience and further training or a doctorate following the studies
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of engineering and project management in aerospace
• Sound knowledge in configuration management
• Experience in change management as well as in the control of change processes
• Confident handling of defined change processes and their implementation
• Deep understanding of engineering processes and their application
• Knowledge in contract management, including technical and commercial aspects
• High IT affinity with standard tools such as Office, Google Suite, SAP
• Business fluent English skills, German and/or French skills are desirable
• Leadership qualities, team spirit, and synthesis skills
• Ability to develop oneself in a complex environment
