Technician Component Testing (m/f/d) (Materials Tester (with specializations))

Technician Component Testing (m/f/d) Your tasks:

• Responsible for the organization and provision of the periphery required for the tests
• Setup and execution of complex static and dynamic component tests in series production and development
• Support in the definition and optimization of test processes
• Execution of static or dynamic tests with complex specimen geometry under demanding conditions
• Reporting to supervisors and internal clients (documentation)
• Support in the maintenance and modernization of systems and testing aids

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of measurement technology/sensor technology, electrical engineering, or automation technology.
• Good knowledge of theoretical and practical measurement technology
• Good knowledge in the application of ARAMIS measurement system
• Good knowledge of mechanical standard testing methods
• Good knowledge of hydraulic testing machines (Instron, software and hardware)
• Knowledge of the execution of structural bonding is desirable
• Good knowledge of specimen preparation is desirable
• Experience in test automation is desirable
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
