This position is long-term oriented and offers you entry via temporary employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). Our client values your potential reinforcement and has already envisioned the possibility of a later permanent position.

PMO Support H145 (m/f/d) Your tasks:

• Supporting the Contract Management team in the planning and execution of customer contracts including Action Tracking - monitoring and controlling project plans while complying with budget, time, and quality specifications
• Coordination of the departments (especially Engineering, Production, Service, and Support) as well as external project participants
• Raising awareness and stringent tracking of export regulations and compliance requirements
• Validation of offers
• Recording and processing customer comments during helicopter delivery as well as follow-up on customer satisfaction
• Responsibility for project documentation, presentations, and reporting
• Risks and Opportunities Management

Your qualifications:

• successfully completed studies - preferably in a technical or economic degree program with at least Bachelor level
• demonstrable experience in the areas of:
• Manufacturing / Production
• Development / Design
• Project Management
• Customer Service
• Proactive and independent way of working
• Assertiveness
• Very good communication skills, effective self-organization
• Willingness for occasional business trips
• Experience in the field of helicopters as well as military processes and customers is an advantage
• Experience working in and with international teams
• IT affinity
• Strong communication and coordination skills and a high degree of self-organization and structured way of working
• Business fluent English is an absolute requirement
