Process Methods Engineer M/F

Working in direct contact with the Technical Manager, you recommend the most suitable industrialization methods and optimize production processes to achieve the quality, quantity, deadlines, costs, productivity, safety, and environmental objectives set by the company. You operate within a work team and are in permanent contact with all company departments (Development, Production, Quality, OPEX, Human Resources, Maintenance), as well as with external service providers and suppliers. You lead and execute industrialization projects for new products, including the programming of PLCs and robots: feasibility studies, validation of manufacturing processes, preparation of specifications and technical files, proposals for production process adequacy, definition of workstation organization, and layouts aimed at reducing physical strain and improving safety. You also propose and manage production system reorganization projects: continuous improvement of processes and workstations, participation in the preparation of the industrial investment budget, preparation of justification and investment files, management of selected projects in collaboration with the manager, and commissioning of new equipment. Finally, you provide technical support to operators, maintenance technicians, and operational managers: implementation and monitoring of operating procedures, training on new equipment and workstation instructions, and intervention on equipment in case of breakdowns or complex modifications.

With a Bachelor/Professional License (CAPPI) or BTS/DUT degree oriented towards methods and industrialization, supplemented by at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, or an engineering/master's degree with a focus on automation, electronics, methods, and industrialization, you have a good knowledge of the industrial field and production processes, as well as materials and their treatment. You are proficient in technical English, IT tools, and the project management process. Comfortable with the development and control of procedures, project planning, and management, you also know how to lead a team and conduct meetings, and ensure the monitoring and reporting of your actions. Experience in robotics (ideally KUKA and/or YASKAWA) and PLCs (SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER) is strongly appreciated.

Remuneration and conditions Position to be filled in CDI, executive status. Remuneration starting from 35KEUR gross annual, to be negotiated according to profile and experience.
