This role focuses on planning, managing, and overseeing the production process to ensure quality, quantity, and cost objectives are met. It includes developing production plans, monitoring their execution, coordinating material supplies, and ensuring products are delivered on time and to the required standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and seamless plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Allocate resources effectively and maximize asset utilization.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities to reduce waste and overtime.
• Coordinate the hiring and training of manufacturing personnel.
• Participate in best-practice initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining product quality.
• Lead collaborative decision-making and work closely with cross-functional teams.

• 5 años de experiencia
• Idiomas: Español ,Inglés
• Edad: entre 35 y 45 años
• Conocimientos: Capacidad de coordinación, Iatf 16949, Ingeniería industrial
• Licencias de conducir: A
