- Supervise and coordinate daily hacking and demolition works at construction sites.
- Plan and arrange manpower, tools, machinery and equipment according to site requirements.
- Supervise concrete hacking, RC pile hacking, pile head cutting and demolition activities.
- Ensure hacking and demolition works are carried out according to approved method statements, drawings and site requirements.
- Coordinate with main contractors, site engineers, safety personnel and other subcontractors on daily work activities.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and brief workers on work procedures, hazards and safety requirements before starting work.
- Ensure workers comply with Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Permit-to-Work (PTW) and site safety requirements.
- Monitor the safe operation of hacking equipment, breakers, crushers and other demolition tools and machinery.
- Monitor work progress, manpower productivity and daily work schedules.
- Ensure demolished concrete, debris and waste materials are properly cleared and disposed of.
- Inspect completed works and ensure they meet required quality and site specifications.
- Report work progress, site issues, delays and safety concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily site records, manpower records and work progress reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at all times.
- Perform other construction supervision duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
