Customer Service Assistant for the B2B team

We are now looking for a customer-oriented and active Customer Service Assistant for a permanent position in our B2B customer service team, which is one of our four sales teams, for our Tampere office.

What kind of work awaits you?

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will act as a support for our customers in daily matters through multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat service. You will respond to customer inquiries and, at the same time, work closely with our other departments, such as product marketing and the logistics team.

During your working days, you will, among other things:

• serve our B2B customers in different channels and resolve various situations
• process sales orders and track deliveries

• maintain and update customer data
• assist our sales negotiators in preparing offers

• map the purchasing needs of our current customers.

The role focuses on customer service and involves daily contact with customers, so working on the phone should feel natural to you. You will also have the opportunity to develop your commercial expertise and learn how to find the right solutions for customer needs.

What kind of person are we looking for?

You have suitable education in the commercial field (e.g., merkonomi or tradenomi) or experience in similar assistant roles.

• you have good interpersonal skills and enjoy customer service tasks
• you are proactive and active

• you have expertise in or an interest in IT industry products
• you are ready to handle customer service situations also in English

• you have good IT skills and master, for example, Excel fluently.
