Oversee and drive construction projects to successful completion by managing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, controlling costs, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Oversee daily operations of all construction projects to ensure smooth execution and timely progress
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards
• Manage project teams and workers by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving issues
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations including BCA, MOM, and WSH to maintain legal and safety standards
• Monitor project costs, progress, and safety performance to identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Support tendering, contract negotiations, and business development activities to secure new projects
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate project approvals and collaboration
