Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for PLC Programming

For one of our internationally active customers in Köln, we are looking for an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for PLC Programming in special machine construction.

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the execution of automation projects for new orders or plant adjustments.
• In addition to programming blocks and modules, your area of responsibility also includes the commissioning of the software at the plant.
• You maintain the programs and carry out regular updates.
• Documentation and support during commissioning or customer training are also part of your area of responsibility.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on automation technology or have a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in a comparable role is an advantage. We are also happy to give career starters with corresponding prior knowledge a chance.
• You already possess initial professional experience in PLC programming with S7 and Tia Portal.
• Due to the global orientation of our customer, we require occasional willingness to travel internationally.
• Very good communication and teamwork skills as well as good English skills round off your profile.
