CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

• Quality Management. To inspect, supervise and ensure the accomplishment and progress of construction projects and make certain that the team is doing quality work in accordance with the specifications of the project; To review and recommend work process improvements as necessary;
• Cost Management. To be cost-sensitive and make the necessary adjustments when unexpected complications or issues arise;

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional) Preferably with Philippines Driver's License Restriction 1,2
