Production Supervisor

1. Manpower planning, calculate Takt time, cycle time, Leadtime. Improvement process and Cost Down to reduce production costs.
2. Eliminate waste in the production process, write FMEA, control plan, flow process, IS.
3. Select and use appropriate Tools regarding quality, and prepare and plan OEE and Productivity.
4. Develop the potential of the personnel under supervision.
5. Control and plan production to be consistent with and support delivery to customers.
6. Review and approve production plans, overtime plans, purchase orders, internal stock control, as well as production documents according to the IATF 16949 quality system.
7. Implement and enforce quality control and monitoring programs to achieve quality objectives.

Qualifications: Male / Female Age 30 years old and above Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience Able to use MS Word, MS EXCEL, Powerpoint, Technical skill VBA, MS, SQL server Able to prepare standard, Check sheet Machine, Control Plan, Quality Check sheet Able to prepare FMEA, OEE, NG/NC, process, Improvement process, Budget control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to driving projects toward business and technical objectives Strong ability to prioritize tasks and identify project risks Good communication skills Able to use English Able to commute to work independently
