-Developing, executing, and ensuring company SOPs are followed throughout assigned sites -Building open and trusting relationship with clients to achieve long term partnership and contractual renewal -Resolving of feedback or complaints from clients and taking immediate preventive measures to ensure that similar problem does not resurface -Handle the budgeting of sites assigned and ensuring that it is kept within -Planning of manpower deployment at various sites to meet the contractual requirement of clients -Leading and motivating employees -Monitoring market trends and adapting to changing business environments.
