 The opportunity

Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team – be a vital pillar for financial integrity, providing comprehensive accounting solutions, and helping businesses to maneuver through complex compliance obligations. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of advancing financial transparency, spearheading competent accounting practices, and guiding organizations to meet their regulatory commitments.

Your key responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery. Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting. Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support to junior staff members. Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management, identifying trends and discrepancies. Coordinate internal and external payroll audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll efficiency. Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from the client or client‘s employees, providing clear and timely responses.

Attributes to thrive in the role 

Professional experience in accounting position. Experience in delegating and managing a team. University degree in business, economics, accounting, finance or other related field. A strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring error-free payroll processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to various stakeholders. Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams and fostering a positive work environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and organizational needs, with a proactive approach to challenges. High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive payroll information. Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English languages.
