Our ERP Transformation Consulting team supports companies in implementing innovative solutions to meet their strategic and operational challenges. We intervene across the entire transformation cycle: strategy, application and data architecture, solution design, and deployment. You will join a passionate team, recognized for its SAP expertise and high-impact projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• You will participate in various missions revolving around SAP S/4HANA as part of projects to transform the company's operational processes: Collecting business requirements from users; Writing functional specifications related to the SAP modules you master (S/4HANA); Steering, facilitating workshops, and participating in general design, detailed design, testing and acceptance, readiness for go-live, post go-live user support, training phases... Monitoring the integration teams in place; Performance steering and change management; Project management assistance and steering (preparation and participation in steering committees, PMO, client relationship management...); Depending on your experience, team management and leadership; Participation in commercial proposals regarding innovative SAP S/4HANA technologies.

Your skills to succeed:

M/F, With higher education (engineering school, business school...), you have a successful experience of at least 2 years, ideally acquired in a consulting firm and/or a company in the implementation of SAP, of which you master certain modules. Your ability to manage major transformation projects under SAP and your knowledge of business processes are well-established. Dynamic and endowed with good interpersonal skills, you have a strong taste for client relations and consulting missions. You have a constant desire to develop your knowledge and put your experience at the service of others. You have an excellent sense of teamwork. You are proficient in English.
