Our ERP Transformation Consulting team supports companies in implementing innovative solutions to meet their strategic and operational challenges. We intervene across the entire transformation cycle: strategy, application and data architecture, solution design, and deployment. You will join a passionate team, recognized for its SAP expertise and high-impact projects.

Within Technology Consulting, the SAP team is recruiting experienced consultants M/F in project management assistance (AMOE): S/4HANA on-premise and cloud integration projects, S/4HANA version upgrades.

Your main responsibilities:

You will participate in transformation projects revolving around SAP S/4HANA technology. Relying on the EY methodology (Transform for SAP) and our accelerators, you will support clients in the success of their most ambitious projects.

In this context, you will be involved in the following areas:

• Process transformation assistance: Scoping (BPML), facilitating target definition workshops (fit to standard), formalizing target processes and management rules (flowcharts), business case for deciding on specific requirements (gap)
• Formalization of solution deliverables: Configuration document, techno-functional specifications for specific developments (WRICEF), solution configuration, and management of offshore development teams
• Testing execution: Integration tests, analysis and correction of anomalies
• Data migration and cutover support: Application of cleansing rules, data transcoding, data migration strategy and tools, error analysis and correction, support in developing the cutover plan and execution of the cutover
• Post go-live support and evolutions

Depending on your experience, you will also participate in the tender response process, mentoring consultants, and the internal life of the team (recruitment, training, team building) with an intrapreneurial spirit.

Example missions: Migration to an S/4HANA environment from an ECC.6 environment in Greenfield for a major player in the Public Sector. Construction of a Core Model in an S/4HANA environment for a major player in the Automotive Sector and international deployment. Conversion of an ECC.6 environment to an S/4HANA environment, in brownfield, for a major player in the Finance sector.

Your skills to succeed:

M/F, with higher education (engineering school, business school...) You have a successful experience of at least 3 years in a consulting firm and have successfully supported SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from design to production. You master Finance / Management Control / Purchasing / Sales processes, both from a business perspective and from a solution configuration perspective (modules FI, CO, SD, MM, BW). You have solid experience in interacting with offshore development teams. You are transformation-oriented, guided by a cost/benefit approach to promote the adoption of standard processes and best practices. You are passionate about use cases surrounding the intelligent enterprise: artificial intelligence / agents, cloud platform, connected objects, sustainability. Rigorous, dynamic, you have a sense of responsibility and have demonstrated an ability to lead topics from end to end, in a team spirit. You are proficient in English.
