Our opportunity:

The People Advisory Services Tax (PAS TAX) team supports and advises our clients, large groups, on all aspects of the international mobility of their executives and managers.

As part of our development, we are looking for a Project Management Manager in international mobility (M/F) for our Paris office, with 5 to 7 years of previous experience.

Your main responsibilities:

Reporting to the PAS TAX line, you will intervene within the framework of our projects to support our clients in the deployment of their resources internationally.

You will be responsible for steering the coordination of international mobility programs for a portfolio of key accounts in a multi-country context, positioning yourself as the preferred interlocutor for business teams and coordinating internal/external teams.

You will therefore be required to:

• Ensure the deployment of services and project monitoring (quality of deliverables, schedule compliance, monitoring and tracking of performance indicators...);
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders (Partners, tax / immigration / social security experts, international network, HQ and subsidiary clients);
• Ensure the operational and financial management of accounts: budget monitoring, margin control, forecasting, variance management, and action plans;
• Build and monitor reporting and performance indicators associated with the scope;
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary project team and contribute to the management of an offshore team;
• Guarantee client satisfaction, effective project management, and continuous improvement.

Your skills to succeed:

In order to integrate into our teams and evolve successfully within them, you possess the following key skills:

• Holder of a higher education degree from an Engineering School or Business School (PGE, Master);
• 5 to 7 years of previous experience in a consulting firm or a company, on project steering and management, organization, or PMO topics, ideally related to international mobility;
• A good understanding of international mobility issues (taxation, immigration, social security) is an asset, and you are comfortable in international and multi-interlocutor environments. Equipped with analytical, structuring, and synthesis skills, you are able to manage several subjects in parallel (processes, organization, tools) while being proactive in resolving difficulties encountered and continuous improvement;
• Skills in reporting, performance monitoring, and budgetary steering, and mastery of technological tools for project management with a real capacity for writing and presentation (powerpoint);
• Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written;
• First successful experience in project team management and/or coordination of international teams.
