Our opportunity:

The People Advisory Services Tax team supports and advises our clients, large groups, on all aspects of the international mobility of their executives and leaders.

As part of our development, we are currently looking for an experienced Lawyer or Consultant in Tax and international mobility within our Lyon office, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.

Your main responsibilities:

Reporting to the international mobility service line, you will intervene as part of our projects to support our clients in their international mobility programs in the following areas: Support for executives, particularly regarding income and wealth tax; Relocation advice in France or abroad; Advice to HR teams in charge of international mobility for French and foreign groups and to C&B in charge of executives; Tax and social optimization of compensation packages; French and foreign employee shareholding; (Pre-)litigation with the administration; Reporting obligations; International social protection, labor law, and immigration in connection with our competency hubs.

Your skills to succeed:

In order to integrate into our teams and evolve successfully within them, you possess the following key skills: Holder of the CAPA, you have a Master 2 DJCE and/or a Master 2 in International Taxation and/or a business school degree. Profiles with a business/business school background may also be considered; Successful previous experience of at least 3 or 4 years within the Personal and International Tax/International Mobility department of a Law Firm and/or a company; Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written - professional experience abroad would be an asset.
