Our opportunity:
The People Advisory Services Tax department accompanies and advises our clients, large groups, on all aspects of the international mobility of their executives and managers.
As part of the development of this department, we are currently looking for an experienced International Social Security Consultant (M/F) with a minimum of 4/5 years of previous experience, within our Paris office.
Your main responsibilities:
You will intervene in the following areas:
Advisory and expertise: Analysis of social security regimes applicable to employees in international mobility (expatriation, posting, multinationals), Drafting of technical notes, opinions, and personalized recommendations, Regulatory monitoring of bilateral conventions, European regulations, and administrative practices.
Operational management: Monitoring and management of administrative procedures: posting certificates (A1), social security coverage certificates, affiliation or deregistration with foreign organizations, Analysis of cost impacts and social risks for the employer.
Client relationship and coordination: Daily support for clients, participation in meetings and presentations, Coordination with tax, immigration, and payroll teams, and the EY network, and team management, Invoicing and reporting, Occasional participation in service proposals and calls for tender.
Your skills to succeed:
In order to integrate into our teams and evolve successfully within them, you possess the following key skills:
- Holder of a Master 2 in International Mobility and/or Social Protection and/or Human Resources and/or International and European Law;
- At least 4 to 5 years of previous experience in international social security within a company in teams dedicated to international mobility or in a specialized international mobility firm;
- Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written - professional experience abroad would be an asset;
