Our Opportunity:

As part of our development, we are currently looking for an experienced Lawyer in Finance Law with at least 2 years of prior experience within our Paris office.

Your main responsibilities:

Under the supervision of a Partner, you will be integrated into a team dedicated to Finance Law.

You will support our clients and intervene in all types of financing, banking or bond-based (corporate, acquisition, LBO, real estate, project finance (energy and infrastructure...) during the structuring, drafting, negotiation, finalization, and post-closing monitoring phases alongside a pool of lenders or a borrower.

You will intervene in the following aspects: drafting emails, legal notes, and draft contracts under the supervision of the partner, and participate in contract negotiations. You will begin to be autonomous in managing a project and to be proactive. You will begin to take initiatives and be able to review delegated missions with a critical mind.

Your skills to succeed:

In order to integrate into our teams and evolve successfully within them, you possess the following key skills: Holder of the CAPA, you hold a Master 2 in Business Law and/or Banking and Financial Law and/or in General Private Law; You have initial experience collaborating in Finance Law within law firms and/or financial institutions and/or companies, and notably have experience in capital market/capital markets; Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written - professional experience abroad would be an asset.
