Your Tasks As part of our Finance teams, you will ensure the financial integrity of our organization and support the Accounts Payable area within Accounting. In doing so, you will undertake diverse tasks:

• Independent posting, checking, and approval of incoming invoices, as well as maintenance of supplier accounts and reconciliation of accounts
• Ensuring compliance with all external and internal guidelines throughout the complete S2P process
• Second Level Support for our employees on all questions regarding Accounts Payable, as well as for our Shared Service Centers
• Support in the further development of processes in the Payables area
• Taking on special tasks rounds off the area of responsibility

The position is limited to 2 years.

Your Skillset

• Completed commercial training or studies as well as at least five years of experience in the field of Accounts Payable accounting
• High service orientation and a confident and friendly demeanor when dealing with customers and colleagues, proactivity and implementation strength, as well as solid English skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office skills, SAP skills. Experience with the tool "VIM" within SAP would be an advantage
