Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Planning and scheduling functions for complex or large-scale projects, ensuring robust schedule development, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment.
- Act as a key advisor to project leadership and mentor junior planners
- Lead the development, validation, and approval of integrated project schedules across all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning)
- Drive schedule governance, standard, and best practices across projects
- Performance advanced schedule analysis, including forensic delay analysis, scenario planning, and recovery planning
- Provide strategic planning input to project leadership, including resource optimization and execution strategy
- Mentor and guide junior planners, ensuring capability development within the planning function
- Ad hoc duties as determined by management
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction
- Minimum years of experience: 10 years
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools
- Deep expertise in EPCM Project delivery and lifecycle integration
- Advanced knowledge of delay analysis methodologies
- Strong commercial awareness
- Leadership and mentoringcapability
- Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Experience in multi-project or program-level planning
