Internal Sales Representative - Regio Kinrooifull-time position*

As an Internal Sales Representative, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding an existing customer portfolio of approximately 500 customers. You will actively work to approach customers via telephone, e-mail, and SAP, stimulating orders and strengthening customer relationships. Below you will find an overview of your tasks:

• Management of an assigned customer pool.
• Proactively approaching customers to identify their needs and suggest relevant products.
• Providing customer service to your customer pool: following up on inquiries, complaints, and deliveries.
• Providing light technical support to customers.
• Reactivating dormant customers and involving them in our offerings.
• Collaborating with colleagues and administrative processing in SAP.

To be successful in this role, we require fluent oral and written command of French, as well as good knowledge of English. German is a plus. You have experience in customer service or internal sales and an affinity for technical products.

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is desired.
• You are proactive, collegial, and have a hands-on mentality.
• You can work independently and set priorities.
