Artificial Intelligence and Automation Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience developing AI solutions in production environments.
• Desirable experience using tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Google Gemini.
• Advanced technical English.
• Full availability.

Main Job Functions:

• Design the architecture, roadmap, and governance of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Develop and implement AI agents and process automations.
• Integrate solutions with POS, ERP/SAP, WMS, databases, and APIs.
• Implement solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Define guidelines for the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Measure performance indicators, costs, accuracy, adoption, savings, and ROI of implemented solutions.
• Present executive results to the IT Directorate and General Management.
• Guarantee security, privacy, and best practice standards during development.
