Tired of "billing" in ESN, repetitive execution missions, and heavy managerial structures?

Within the IT department of a leading group in supply chain and flow internationalization, our client is performing a global overhaul of its technological foundation to definitively eliminate technical debt and obsolescence.

Integrated into a tight-knit center of expertise (3 to 4 passionate experts), you will act as the referent Talend Technical Leader.

Your mission: lead the redesign of the central application for managing inter-applicative flows and evolve our platform toward a distributed, scalable, and highly available model.

Zero Direct Hierarchical Management: your legitimacy is based on your expertise, your pedagogy, and your architectural vision, not on a managerial title.

Your mission (build & architecture):

• Core Business System Redesign: actively participate in the rewriting and replateforming of the group's central application (migration of legacy solutions to a modern Talend + .NET ecosystem).
• Data Urbanization & Data Bus: design and deploy the data bus architecture (Event-Driven / ETL / API) to interconnect our business components (WMS, TMS, ERP, CRM, Customs).
• Replateforming & Infrastructure: work in tandem with the Platform Manager to guarantee the scalability, resilience, and security of Talend environments (Open Studio / TAC).
• Industrialization & Quality: establish development best practices, containerization (Docker, microservices), and design truly usable technical documentation.
• Support & Mentoring: transmit your knowledge to the team, provide support on complex analyses (N3 Support: 20-30% of the time), and drive a culture of technical excellence.

PROFILE

• Experience: you have at least 3 years of experience with Talend technology (ETL, ESB, Data Integration).
• Infra & DB Background: you master SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB), and you have general knowledge of distributed environments (Docker, Microservices, Load Balancing, WAF).
• Project Culture: ideally coming from an ETI or a large structured group, you are familiar with the rigor of project methods and ITIL processes.
• Soft Skills: humble, pedagogical, and endowed with natural leadership, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and solving complex architectural knots.
• Languages: professional English level (B2) required to communicate in an internationalization context.
• Initial exposure to Generative AI projects (LLM, RAG, agents) is an appreciated asset, though not indispensable.

Working conditions:

• Salary: €45,000 to €50,000 / year fixed for the expected profile
• Remote: 2 days / week
• Location: in Eastern Lyon (public transport possible but car advised)
