Do you want to work on complex, concrete technical environments with high public visibility (or not)? We are supporting a recognized player in the integration of critical infrastructures in the recruitment of their future Networks & Infrastructures Tech Lead on a permanent contract (CDI).

This company designs, deploys, and maintains embedded and industrial IT architectures for demanding environments: civil maritime sector, defense, offshore platforms, and strategic industrial projects.

Its teams work on infrastructures that equip next-generation vessels and high-criticality platforms, with a network, cybersecurity, and systems component.

In a context of growth and structuring, you will join an expert and cohesive team dedicated to marine environments, working on concrete projects combining technological innovation, high availability, and security challenges.

Among the emblematic projects: participation in major industrial programs in the naval field, with strong visibility on the critical infrastructures of tomorrow.

The position and the team:

Within a team of 7 people, you will intervene across the entire infrastructure lifecycle, notably playing a role as a referent / Tech Lead on certain projects:

• Design and adapt network and infrastructure architectures according to embedded operational needs and constraints,
• Participate in technical choices in consultation with other teams,
• Produce technical documentation and architecture files,
• Support deployment, integration, and commissioning phases,
• Supervise tests, technical acceptance, and compliance validations,
• Work across a transverse scope combining networks, security, systems, and safety solutions,
• Act as a technical referent for internal teams,
• Participate in the transfer of skills to operations teams,
• Occasionally intervene on related topics: cybersecurity, Active Directory, IP video surveillance, workstations, etc.
• Technical environment: Aruba, Alcatel, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ClearPass, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, Active Directory, IP video surveillance, etc.

PROFILE

What you bring:

You have solid experience in network/infrastructure engineering or architecture, ideally acquired in a multi-project integration environment or with several end clients.

Your core foundation remains networking, but you have an appetite to evolve into related subjects such as security, systems, or industrial environments.

Ideally, you have:

A good mastery of LAN/WAN/WiFi architectures, perimeter security, and infrastructure integration

• Skills in systems (Windows Server, AD, Linux, virtualization) are appreciated
• Experience or an appetite for equivalent technologies is accepted
• Professional English (written, oral, reading) to operate in an international context
• On the human side, we are looking for a person who is:
