The Information Systems Department consists of 40 people distributed worldwide. Its mission is to support the various business lines of the company in the optimal use of the information system, by successfully carrying out numerous projects while ensuring support and maintenance. You will be integrated into the Information Systems Department, and more specifically the pole dedicated to the digital transformation of business processes.
Your missions
As SAP MM and SD Domain Manager M/F, you will be a key player in the optimization and deployment of Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics processes on an international scale. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the maintenance and evolution of the dedicated modules, ensuring their alignment with business needs;
- Advising and training users, in France and internationally, for optimal adoption of the tools;
- Analyzing needs, designing adapted solutions, and writing detailed functional specifications;
- Actively participating in international deployment projects, from the design phase to user acceptance testing;
- Ensuring support and incident resolution, in collaboration with technical and business teams;
- Documenting processes and evolutions for perfect traceability.
Profile:
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- Higher education (engineering school or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of experience on similar ERP modules (experience in a user company or in an ESN);
- Solid experience in an international context, with ease in working in multicultural environments;
- A sharp analytical mind, listening skills, and a strong sense of service;
- Marked autonomy, combining rigor and team spirit;
- Fluent English level (ability to lead workshops and exchange with international interlocutors);
- An interest in industry would be a major asset.
