Partner / Channel Manager (M/F)
About the company
Join a software publisher in the midst of international acceleration, recognized for the relevance of its business solutions perfectly integrated into the Microsoft application ecosystem.
Driven by strong expansion dynamics, the company is structuring its indirect commercial development to establish its presence in several key markets, notably the United Kingdom and Benelux.
Your tasks
Reporting to the sales management, your objective is to build, animate, and retain a network of Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrators in order to generate sustainable revenue growth in the international market.
Your responsibilities are organized around four pillars
- Network recruitment and structuring: map, prospect, and qualify new Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrator partners; develop a commercial roadmap targeted at priority areas (UK leading, Benelux, Canada) and allocate efforts to partners with high return on investment
- Enablement and skill development: acculturate the partners' sales and pre-sales teams to the added value and use cases of the solution; design and lead regular training modules (mainly remote)
- Business development and co-selling: maintain a relationship of trust with partner executives and managers; build joint account plans, support teams in large-scale negotiations, and ensure rigorous follow-up of sales forecasts (pipeline and performance reporting)
- Visibility in the ecosystem: maximize the awareness of the offering among Microsoft publisher teams and represent the company at specialized events (trade shows, webinars, partner meetings)
- PRM & Tools management: Use Dynamics 365, the partner portal, and "Locker room" on a daily basis to track your business. You will have great freedom to build and enrich your own engagement toolkit (Sales Navigator, etc...)
Roadmap & KPIs
- At 6 months: reactivation of existing partners, pipeline generation, and contracting with the first new partners
- At 12 months: partners made productive, concrete signing of indirect revenue, and official deployment of the formalized Partner Program
Requirements
Experience: with a higher education background, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales or IT services, with proven practice in network animation (Channel / Partner Management) or indirect sales.
