Lead JAVA Developer @DSI (M/F)

The accompanied company and the missions: An actor in the transport world, this company develops tailor-made solutions intended for the logistics of large international groups.

The DSI has 3 development Hubs in Europe, including 1 based in Vendée.

As part of a major program aimed at modernizing technical foundations, the Vendée hub is launching an important recruitment phase. It is in this context that it is looking for its "technical referent" in charge of ensuring technical architecture phases in connection with other European directorates.

This architect / "hands on" Lead developer profile must ensure coordination with international teams and act as a relay with local teams.

As a technical referent / architect, you play a central role, both technical and organizational, in an environment undergoing transformation towards the microservices world:

• Participation in scoping phases in connection with international teams
• Study of solutions and technical architecture of projects entrusted to the Vendée hub
• Recommendation and implementation of tooling
• Definition and dissemination to teams of methodologies aimed at quality and performance (development standards, code audit, etc...)
• Expertise and support for development teams
• Participation in development phases on strategic or complex modules

Profile: With higher education, you have solid experience in design and development in significant JAVA environments for DSIs or software publishers.

Ideally, you have initial experience in architecture phases and/or technical lead / development.

A true engineer, your approach is agnostic: technology is a means to respond to users and not an end in itself + object concepts answer 80% of problems, leaving only the 10/20% to "invent".

You master JAVA technologies integrating standard market frameworks (Springboot, ....) and have a good knowledge of microservices / API architectures in high-volume contexts.

Exchanges with other European Hubs require a minimum level of English.
