The company is looking for its future Application Support Engineer M/F, to complete its IT team (6 people in total) which is at the heart of its systems. The teams manage and maintain flows between different European actors; they are guarantors of performance, reliability, and service continuity.

The missions:

At the heart of operations, you will ensure service continuity, the proper functioning of systems, and the quality of flows within your scope, in connection with various internal and external stakeholders (technical teams, business units, European partners).

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Supervising the proper functioning of flows and intervening in case of anomalies (analysis, qualification, coordination of corrective actions),
• Coordinating the analysis and resolution of incidents in connection with internal teams, TMA, and external partners,
• Performing technical analyses via SQL / PL-SQL queries directly in production to identify the origin of malfunctions,
• Monitoring performance indicators (KPI / SLA), analyzing impacts (notably financial) and producing associated reporting,
• Ensuring communication with stakeholders (business teams, support, management, international partners),
• Participating in governance bodies (operational committees, steering committees),
• Contributing to maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) and proposing improvement actions (reliability, optimization, monitoring),
• Performing technical and functional impact studies on system evolutions (business rules, webservices, flows…),
• Supporting project teams to:
• Express the needs that will be necessary to guarantee proper functioning in production for RUN activities
• Participate in project acceptance testing
• Validate deliverables and support the handover to TMA and managed services
• Support the production deployment and commissioning of the project

PROFILE

What you bring:

You have solid initial experience in an IT environment oriented towards RUN, application support, or service management, with a strong dimension of coordination and analysis.

You have a good knowledge of IS (information systems) and, if possible, telecommunications solutions.

Experience in technical support, ISO quality certification, and a strong "customer" orientation will be assets.

On the technical side, you are comfortable with databases (SQL, PL/SQL, ideally Oracle), flow analysis, and complex IS environments and, in an ideal world, you have notions regarding webservices, monitoring, or cloud environments (AWS under development).

You are capable of anticipating and analyzing things, and of taking a step back. You are proactive and like to take initiative.

You know how to communicate with various stakeholders, both technical and business, in an international context.

You speak English with a good level, and if possible, other languages.
