The company and the context: This international high-tech company specializes in the development of advanced solutions for securing and protecting digital content. Its technologies are used by major players in the media and entertainment sector to secure the broadcasting of high-value content. The position and the missions: You will join an agile development team working on complex software solutions used internationally. The position combines a technical UI / UX dominance (70 to 80%) with an algorithmic development component. Your responsibilities include notably:
- Contributing to the design and evolution of existing (and future) user interfaces and improving the product experience,
- Defining, with the product and technical teams, ergonomics, user journeys, and functional design,
- Actively participating in UI architecture choices for standalone applications and web services,
- Providing expertise on front-end development best practices and UI engineering,
- Helping to increase the UI skill level of the team,
- Participating in the implementation and improvement of watermarking algorithms in C/C++,

- Intervening on issues of performance, robustness, and software quality,
- Collaborating on Linux / Windows environments,
- Working closely with the Product Manager and development teams,
- Participating in daily technical exchanges in a cross-functional logic,
- Supporting clients and partners in the integration of solutions, etc.
Profile:
What you bring: You have at least 3 years of experience in software development, with significant experience in user interface issues. We are primarily looking for someone capable of providing a true expert perspective on UI in a team where this skill is currently underrepresented.
Expected skills:
- Ideally, you master C/C++ and have good practice with Python. Knowledge of JavaScript is expected for UI/web topics.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in the design and development of user interfaces, whether on desktop, web, or hybrid applications.

Pluses:
- Experience in watermarking
- Audio/video processing (FFmpeg, codecs, media pipelines…)
- Cloud solutions (AWS)
- Experience in an international environment
Regarding soft skills, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive person, technically curious. You want to learn and help the team progress. You are able to take a step back from UI/product choices. You are comfortable in a small team where exchanges are direct and fast. For this position, professional English is indispensable, and the icing on the cake would be Spanish skills (collaboration with a team based in Spain).
