The missions / roles

Within the Product Engineering department, you will participate in the development of system functions intended for the automotive platforms of major international manufacturers. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Collect, analyze, and formalize the functional needs expressed by clients.
• Transform client requirements into system specifications and ensure their traceability throughout development.
• Define the functional architecture as well as the allocation of requirements to the various subsystems.
• Elaborate the technical documentation related to concepts, architectures, and system requirements.
• Utilize and analyze data from vehicle or bench tests using Matlab and develop automation scripts, notably in Python or with equivalent tools.
• Participate in reliability studies (FMEA) as well as activities related to functional safety in accordance with the ISO 26262 standard.
• Collaborate with Software, Algorithm, and various international engineering centers to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methods, tools, and processes.

Profile:

You have at least five years of experience in embedded systems development in the automotive sector. You possess a solid understanding of vehicle systems (chassis, suspension, braking, dynamic control, embedded software, ...). You master analysis and development environments such as Matlab, Python, or equivalent tools. You move with ease in an international environment and are able to communicate daily in English with teams and clients. Beyond your technical skills, you enjoy collaborative work, demonstrate autonomy and rigor, and like to work on subjects combining innovation, product development, and system engineering.
