Expert Java - Team Leadership - International Context (M/F)

In a context of technological modernization and microservices-oriented architecture, we are looking for a Lead Tech Java / Angular to strengthen a rapidly evolving product team. As a Lead Tech, you play a central role that is both technical and organizational:
- Technical referent for Java back-end and Angular front-end developments
- Technical supervision and support for developers
- Participation in architecture choices and technical decisions
- Guarantee of code quality and best practices
- Active contribution to Agile rituals
- Collaboration with international teams
You will work on strategic applications with high business stakes, in a structured and stimulating environment.
Technical stack:
- Java
- Angular
- Spring Framework, notably Spring Boot
- RESTful API development
- Hibernate / JPA
- SQL
- Microservices architecture
- Messaging systems (such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) appreciated
- Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) appreciated
- Agile methodology
Profile:
You are perfect for the position if:
- You have significant experience in Java development
- You master Spring Boot
- You possess experience in the design and development of REST services
- You master relational databases
- You have a microservices-oriented architecture vision
- You possess a good ability to structure and upskill a team
- And finally, you have a good level of English (regular international exchanges)
