Today the 10th player in its sector (dietary supplements), the ambition is clear: to join the European top 3. To support this growth (5 sites in Europe, 380 employees), the Group IT Department is launching a massive digital transformation program.

Your missions

Within an international environment undergoing full transformation, you will work on strategic projects with a high business and organizational impact.

Your responsibilities will notably include:

• Steering several structuring IT projects (ERP, Data, CRM, application integration, process digitalization…)
• Coordinating the various project stakeholders: business units, technical teams, integrators, and external partners
• Gathering, analyzing, and challenging user needs in order to propose relevant and pragmatic solutions
• Participating in the definition of project roadmaps and ensuring their successful execution
• Guaranteeing functional and technical consistency between the different IS tools
• Supporting business units through the scoping, testing, deployment, and change management phases
• Managing service providers: calls for tender, delivery monitoring, arbitration, and management of deliverable quality
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the modernization of the information system
• Supervising two ERP functional domain managers (supply and production)
• Participating in discussions regarding functional architecture and data flows
• Acting as a true coordination point between business challenges and technical constraints

PROFILE

What you bring

With a higher education degree in IT, IS, or project management (Master's degree), you have at least 8 to 15 years of experience in managing complex functional IT projects, ideally in an industrial or multi-site environment.

Your technical and methodological assets:

• Solid experience in functional analysis, scoping, and writing specifications
• Mastery of project management tools and best practices (budget, governance, risks, reporting)
• Good understanding of ERP environments and interconnected systems (CRM, Data Warehouse, API/EAI, MDM)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Proficiency with agile and hybrid methods (Kanban, Scrum)
• Your personal qualities:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills between technical and business teams
• Leadership, rigor, and a global vision
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural context
• Fluent professional English is indispensable

• Full-time CDI, based in Montaigu with regular travel in Europe (approximately 25% of the time)
• Remuneration: up to €75k gross annual depending on profile
