Your daily missions:

• Design and develop robust backend solutions in Scala, within a team dedicated to managing financial transactions;
• Collaborate closely with business and production teams to design, develop, and deploy key features, from idea to commissioning;
• Guarantee the stability and performance of applications, by actively participating in their maintenance and evolution;
• Become a technical and functional expert, capable of leading strategic projects for the company;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, by proposing optimizations and best practices.

Technical environment: Scala 2/3, libraries (http4s, tapir, fs2, circe), Cassandra, SQL Server, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker.

Profile:

Experience and skills sought:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in backend development, with proven mastery of Scala and a real appetite for functional programming;
• Experience with Cassandra or Kafka would be a major asset;
• Knowledge of modern tools: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitLab CI/CD;
• Team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively, both with technical and business teams;
• Rigor and customer focus: you always keep in mind the impact of your work on the end-user experience;
• Operational English to read and write technical documentation.
