Techno-Functional Consultant Lyon / Hybrid (M/F)

The challenge: You perfectly understand how a REST API, a Webhook, or an SFTP stream works, but you don't want to spend your days developing? Do you prefer analyzing data, designing interfaces, and being the direct link between technology and clients?

We are supporting a growing software publisher based in Lyon (HRIS / Payroll / Finance ecosystem). Within their Data / Publishing department (an agile "squad" of 4 people backed by a solid group of 130 employees), you will take over a strategic position to ensure the interconnection of Information Systems for major accounts and ministries.

The mission (0 bureaucracy, 100% impact)

Your time will be divided equally between Build and Run:

• 50% Integration Projects: scoping with the client, functional analysis, writing specifications, configuring interfaces on the internal iPaaS platform, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 50% TMA & Operational Support: handling complex tickets (N2/N3), direct diagnosis of flow anomalies in production (log reading, queries), and coordination with the internal developer.
• Innovation Bonus: active participation in improving the platform and integrating AI tools (Claude AI) into your daily processes.

PROFILE

Your profile:

• You have initial experience in integration projects or the deployment of software solutions (publisher, integrator, or SaaS environment).
• You master the logic of data exchanges: API (REST/SOAP), flat files (CSV, XML), SFTP.
• You appreciate both the technical dimension and client relations.
• You have excellent client interpersonal skills and a true ability to simplify complex concepts.
• The big plus: knowledge of HR, HRIS, or Payroll domains.
• What you are not: A Data Scientist or a pure developer.
• Professional English is required for occasional exchanges with international clients.

Working conditions

• Salary: €35,000 to €45,000 / year fixed depending on the expected profile + variable
• Remote: 3 days / week
• Location: Lyon 9 (Vaise)
