The company supported in its permanent contract (CDI) recruitment: Join a large international agency, a leader in consulting and marketing technologies. Backed by a major global group leading in communication, digital transformation, and customer experience, this structure brings together several hundred employees in France and works with major brands from various sectors (retail, luxury, services, hospitality, finance…) on strategic issues related to business transformation, CRM, data, AI, and omnichannel customer experience. Within the Business Consulting pole, you will bring strategic vision and operational execution together, with a cross-functional approach combining consulting, innovation, technology, and change management. Consultants work on high-visibility missions, in a stimulating international context that is rapidly accelerating around AI uses and customer experience optimization.

The missions / roles

Within the Business Consulting practice, you will support large groups in their transformation programs related to the adoption and industrialization of artificial intelligence, while also working on broader issues of organizational transformation and employee or customer experience. In this framework, you will notably be required to:

• Support transformation programs around the large-scale deployment of AI within organizations
• Participate in defining AI adoption strategies, operating models, and new business practices
• Structure change management processes related to the integration of new AI tools and uses
• Design and facilitate scoping, acculturation, and support workshops for business teams
• Identify value creation opportunities and high-impact AI use cases
• Rethink certain business processes and operating modes to integrate new digital and AI uses
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects by coordinating various stakeholders
• Define monitoring indicators, measure adoption, and support the industrialization of initiatives
• Also intervene on issues of CRM, customer engagement, user experience, and marketing transformation depending on the project contexts

You will evolve in an environment blending strategic transformation, innovation, AI, change management, and operational transformation.

Profile:

You have proven experience of at least 5 years in consulting or organizational transformation, with strong exposure to change management, digital transformation, or the adoption of new tools and uses. You have already supported complex projects involving multiple business stakeholders and know how to intervene in both strategic scoping phases and more operational deployment and change management topics. A good understanding of the issues related to artificial intelligence, the evolution of business practices, and the industrialization of digital uses is expected. Experience in AI, CRM, data, or process transformation programs will be a real asset. Finally, your analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and fluent English will be essential to evolve in an international context.
