We're industry-only: every workflow, integration, and agent we hire is built around property management specifically, not bolted on from a generalist platform. What This Role Is About:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Offshore Investor Relations and Treasury Specialist to support our investor relations and treasury related tasks and processes.
The ideal candidate has strong data and reporting skills as well as an investor focused mindset, and the ability to work across multiple data sources and parties.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for approximately 1,500 investors. Includes monitoring and responding via phone calls and email (daily)
Responsible for processing investor redemptions, transfers, tax forms etc
Responsible for preparing monthly reports such as partner lists and unit counts
Oversees and owns the process of updating housing assistance payment requests
Assistance opening/closing/maintaining high number of bank accounts (400+)
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications
Solution-oriented with a helpful, customer-focused mindset when communicating with investors; comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Proficient in Excel, including the use of basic formulas and functions such as SUM, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables
Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, lookups, reconciliations)
Experience working with payment documentation and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with bank account systems is a plus

Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
