- Lead a booth team of 2?6 sales reps: schedule, coach, set standards and hold the team accountable for sales targets
- Learn and master our sales process, product demonstrations and customer approach, and lead by example on the sales floor
- Train and coach sales reps on product knowledge, demonstrations, customer engagement, objection handling and closing sales
- Identify where each team member can improve and provide hands-on coaching throughout every show to strengthen individual and overall booth performance
- Perform booth setup and teardown at every show, including transporting inventory and displays to and from the venue
- Keep the booth stocked, presentable and running; resolve operational issues and customer escalations on the spot
- Account for inventory, cash floats and point-of-sale transactions; complete end-of-day and end-of-show reporting
- Research and recommend shows for the upcoming season and manage the show calendar and budget
- Develop trade show strategy, operating procedures and training; recruit, onboard and develop staff
*What we're looking for*
- 2?3 years in a busy management role (retail, restaurant/bar, events, or similar)
- Coachable, eager to learn, and quick to adapt ? this is essential
- Proven ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure
