SG&A Management Control Internship (M/F)

Your mission at Expliseat: Within the finance department, you will participate in financial performance across two major pillars:
- Business Partner for Client Programs
Pre-sales: Challenge Business Cases and participate in the validation of target profitability during responses to calls for tenders.
Lifecycle monitoring: Monitor actual costs (materials, production, logistics) against initial budgets.
Margin analysis: Identify variances, explain deviations, and propose corrective action plans to protect profitability.
Final assessment: Perform the financial "Post-Mortem" of deliveries to inform our future pricing models.
- Steering R&D & Development Projects
Budgetary monitoring: Support engineering teams in monitoring the development costs of our new seats (Capex/Opex).
Performance reporting: Build dynamic dashboards to provide clear visibility on the financial progress of innovations.
Depending on your interests, the missions will be subject to evolution. Your profile: Education: Graduate of a Grande École de Commerce (Master in Finance, Audit, or Management).
Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial soul. The idea that "everything is still to be built" motivates you more than it scares you.
Analytical & Rigorous: You master Excel inside out (and if you use Power BI, it is a huge plus).
Excellent interpersonal skills: You know how to speak "numbers" to engineers and "business" to sales representatives.
Languages: Fluent English is essential (due to the international context).
